The word halal is a very broad term. It refers to what is permissible. Halal Certification means the entire process including audit, inspection, testing and evaluation to establish that an article, product, service, manufacturing or process is in conformity with the Islamic Guidelines and relevant Halal Standard, resulting in issuance of a Halal Certificate; HALAL CERTIFICATION assures that products or services are manufactured, packaged and delivered on the basis of Sharia rules and regulation The Halal certificate is a document that guarantees that products and services meet the requirements of Islamic law and relevant Halal Standard and therefore are suitable especially for consumption for population group who practice Islam.
