The course is designed to apprize the participants with the fundamental Islamic Laws and principles regarding Halal Food and Food processing in the light of Fatawa and Pakistan Halal Standard PS 3733. This course will emphasize on critical ingredients, raw materials, chemicals, flavors and food additives used in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry.
